Ask about your next learning step
Tell Practical Edge Academy about a communication, digital-confidence or learning-habit task you want to handle better. Say who the learning is for and what you want to improve.

Bring the situation, not a perfect brief
You do not need a course title or a finished plan to make an enquiry. Describe a task, a change in responsibility or something you would like to do with more confidence. A concrete example helps make the conversation more useful.
If you are contacting the academy for a team, explain who uses the skill, where it appears in the work and what a useful change might look like. The team learning brief can help organise those thoughts before you write.
Ask the questions that matter to you
Start with the task, who the learning is for and what doing it better would look like. Include what you have tried and any format or timing you have in mind. Ask the academy what may fit, and discuss practical arrangements directly before making a decision.
Share only information useful for the initial enquiry. Leave out passwords, payment details, identity documents and confidential work records. If supporting material would help, mention it first and agree an appropriate way to share it.

Is my message sent when I use the form?
No. The page only creates a draft for you to review. You send it yourself from your own email account, so nothing is transmitted until you decide to do so.
What is the direct email address?
Email [email protected] directly, or use the draft tool to prepare a message. The supplied company correspondence address is 3 Benwood Court, Benhill Wood Road, Sutton, SM1 3SS, United Kingdom; arrange any visit directly rather than assuming this is a teaching venue.
